LEAD Ohio exists to recruit, train, connect and support individuals, especially those from communities that are underserved and underrepresented, who want to build a more equitable Ohio through progressive change.

We do this by breaking down barriers to opportunities, building judiciary and legislative branches of government that reflect Ohio’s diverse population, and supporting progressive principles that protect fundamental civil rights.
